Jak ale s t\u00edmto po\u017eadavkem nalo\u017eit, kdy\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 person\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed je zpravidla zcela zavaleno administrativou a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve\u0161ker\u00e9 jeho \u010dinnosti, dokonce i ty, kter\u00e9 by m\u011bly b\u00fdt t\u0159e\u0161inkou na dortu jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed ve firm\u011b, zpravidla zanikaj\u00ed v t\u00e9to administrativn\u00ed \u0161edi?<br \/>\nRovn\u011b\u017e syst\u00e9m specialist\u016f person\u00e1ln\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed, kdy zam\u011bstnanci HR odd\u011blen\u00ed jsou specializovan\u011b zodpov\u011bdn\u00ed za ur\u010dit\u00fd proces, se zd\u00e1 s turbulentn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm kolem n\u00e1s pomalu p\u0159ekonan\u00fd. P\u0159edstava, \u017ee u spole\u010dnosti s 1000 zam\u011bstnanci um\u00ed specialista na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikovan\u011b posoudit n\u00e1roky na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, je naprosto iluzorn\u00ed. Zpravidla pak d\u00edky tomuto doch\u00e1z\u00ed k naprosto neadresn\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b po\u017eadavk\u016f vedouc\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kde je efektivita takov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed velmi diskutabiln\u00ed.<br \/>\nJe t\u0159eba se nad touto skute\u010dnost\u00ed zamyslet a pod\u00edvat se na ni z n\u011bkolika \u00fahl\u016f pohledu.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se zept\u00e1te veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, jak funguje jejich person\u00e1ln\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed, zpravidla funk\u010dnost a nefunk\u010dnost tohoto odd\u011blen\u00ed vyj\u00e1d\u0159\u00ed t\u00edm, zda jsou jejich mzdy vypl\u00e1ceny v\u010das.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se na roli personalist\u016f zept\u00e1te person\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele \u010di mana\u017eera, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00e1m odpov\u00ed, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed roli sv\u00e9ho odd\u011blen\u00ed vid\u00ed ve funk\u010dn\u00edm zaveden\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00edch proces\u016f. Tento syst\u00e9m zdaleka nen\u00ed v\u0161el\u00e9kem, nicm\u00e9n\u011b v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee je modifikov\u00e1n na z\u00e1klad\u011b pot\u0159eb spole\u010dnosti nebo korporace, spl\u0148uje parametry kladen\u00e9 na sou\u010dasnou modern\u00ed personalistiku.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1kladem kvalitn\u00edho nastaven\u00ed tohoto syst\u00e9mu je, aby veden\u00ed spole\u010dnosti m\u011blo naprosto jasn\u00e9, co od sv\u00e9ho HR odd\u011blen\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1. Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku je zpravidla d\u00e1na i osobnost\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele \u010di mana\u017eera dan\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji se na pozic\u00edch person\u00e1ln\u00edch \u0159editel\u016f \u010di mana\u017eer\u016f objevuj\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed rozsahem sv\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed r\u00e1mec person\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f. Zpravidla se velmi dob\u0159e orientuj\u00ed v \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed firem, znaj\u00ed z\u00e1klady v\u00fdroby, financ\u00ed a ostatn\u00edch odd\u011blen\u00ed firmy. Jejich pohled je pak veden\u00edm spole\u010dnosti vn\u00edm\u00e1n jako pohled rovnocenn\u00fdch mana\u017eer\u016f.<br \/>\nNa\u0161e spole\u010dnost nab\u00edz\u00ed jak design person\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f, tak design rol\u00ed HR business partner\u016f, a to dle individu\u00e1ln\u00edch po\u017eadavk\u016f a firemn\u00ed kultury spole\u010dnosti. Tato transformace s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i pom\u011brn\u011b velk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na personalisty samotn\u00e9.
